Yes! We know that different people have different preferences for worktime. What’s important to us is the quality of your work and the results you bring. You will organize your own schedule with trust-based hours and working from (m)anywhere options. We are an office-first company, and we encourage all employees to come regularly to their local office.
Of course. We are an office-first company, and we encourage all employees to come regularly to their local office. However, the decision on your actual schedule is up to you, your team, and your manager. Some of our teams even have dedicated office days to meet and socialize with each other!
There are certain situations in all our lives when vacation is not an option but we want or need to work from a location other than home or the office. In Flix we want you to have full flexibility and the ability to cater for different life situations. Therefore, we give you up to 60 days to work from remote locations - be it your grandma's garden or a sandy beach.

Of course! But please be aware that we don’t want you to bring coffee or fill out useless Excel tables. Interns and students are key members of the team with their own responsibilities and tasks, and we expect them to take responsibility from day one.
Yes, we welcome career starters. If you are searching for an entry level position, we suggest looking for roles labeled as Associate or Junior level.
Associates are entry-level Flixies who have not yet gathered extensive experience in a certain field. You can be a fresh graduate, a job changer, or just someone trying out a new field, we are open for you. Associates receive a fixed, 12 months contract, after which they take up their position as juniors.
Yes. We have many Flixies working part-time, and a lot of our positions are available in that setup to accommodate for specific life situations or preferences. If you’re not sure if a certain role is available as part-time, simply reach out to us via email.
Yes! There is no difference between the application process in Germany and in our international offices. We like to push boundaries, and are happy that you want to join us no matter you are.
Fresh start in a new place, how exciting! We know it’s not easy to move so we will help you with relocation support. The support will depend on where you are moving, and how far it is from your original place of residence. If you have questions about relocation, you can always ask our recruiters.
That should not be a problem. We will provide you with a written offer that you can use for your visa application. You will have to initiate the process yourself, but we will help you along the way. (By the way did we mention we have more than 90 different nationalities in our team?!)
As of now we do not have dedicated full remote positions. We are, however, quite flexible in where you work from, as we have 20+ offices across the world!
Our career site is our main job platform and we always make sure it shows an accurate picture of our open jobs. The positions on flix.careers are therefore open and available. Positions that are filled are removed from the jobs page as soon as possible.
Please send us your CV and answer the job-specific questions in the application form. For most of our jobs, cover letters are optional. Any additional documents such as reference letters, transcripts, and certificates are also welcome but not mandatory unless stated otherwise in the application form.
If you find a position that matches your interests and qualifications, you can simply apply via the form on the bottom of each job ad. Filling out the form will take no more than 3 minutes. Once your application reaches us you will get a confirmation email, and we will be in touch shortly with next steps.

You can apply for multiple positions at Flix. However, keep in mind that sometimes less is more. We suggest that you concentrate on maximum 2-3 positions at a time to ensure a high quality for your applications. Make sure to show us in your application why you could be the right person for the positions!
We want you to have a great experience, so we try to contact you as quick as possible. However, we often receive high amounts of applications which can prolong the review and answer time. Feel free to follow up with us regarding the process after allowing us some time to review your application.
It can be disappointing when things don’t go as planned, we get it. But please don’t be discouraged if we decide not to proceed in the interview process. We receive many applications and often have to make tough decisions on which candidates to proceed with. If this position isn't the right fit, please don't be afraid to re-apply in the future! Flix is always growing, and your application may be better suited at another time.
In the first interview, we want to get to know you better. There will be some general questions regarding your professional experience and interests. At this point, we want to see if there is a match between you and the position by asking some job-specific questions. This interview also offers you the possibility to get more details about the job and your future team.
In later stages of the process, we will do our best to let you know what exactly will happen beforehand. We encourage you to ask all questions about Flix as an employer, the recruiting process, and the specific job you are interviewing for at any stage. Our recruiters are always here to help.

At Flix, we have a casual dress code. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident.
We want you to have a great experience, so we try to give feedback as quickly as possible. However, the process can sometimes take more time due to high numbers of applications, changes in the position, holidays, or other unforeseen reasons. Feel free to follow up with us regarding the process after allowing us some time to discuss and evaluate the interview internally.
If there’s anything we specifically want you to bring/present on an interview we will let you know well in advance. Otherwise, there’s nothing that you need to bring to the interview. You may want to be prepared to take notes during the conversation, so pen and paper could be useful. (Or any note taking apps if you are a super tech-savvy tree savior)
