Flix Internship Program at FlixBus Polska
The aim of Flix Internship Program is to help students & graduates gather their first work experience through joining our vibrant tech company and working on one specific project like FlixBikes, FlixGroups or FlixChats. All Flix Internship projects have clear goals and are estimated to last for 3-4 months from May till September, with lots of flexibility around working hours. The scope of projects doesn’t require a lot of experience or qualifications, but rather enthusiasm, can-do-attitude and openness to take the challenge. FlixBikes - your tasks
- You develop Bike product in Flix Poland & Baltic States
- You coordinate initiatives between Flix teams responsible for marketing, PR, social media, pricing and operations connected with Bike product
- Your goal no.1 is to reach out to owners/coordinators of websites dedicated to bike travelers in Poland and Baltics states to launch potential cooperation and cross-promotions
- Your goal no.2 is to reach out to bikers fan pages, groups etc. to launch potential cooperation and cross-promotions
- You actively travel with bike on FlixBus is also in the scope
- You are welcome to suggest any other creative ideas to support FlixBikes project
FlixGroups - your tasks
- You develop product dedicated for group travelers in Flix Poland & Baltic States
- You conduct research in Poland and Baltic States among travel agencies organizing bus groups travels
- You coordinate initiatives between Flix teams responsible for marketing, PR, social media, pricing and Flix Shops connected to group bookings
- Your goal is to reach out and start cooperation with group travels organizers to promote using Flix instead of charters or other means of transportation
- Your present group booking processes to potential stakeholders (calls & meetings)
- You are welcome to suggest any other creative ideas to support group travelling in Flix
FlixChats - your tasks
- You develop our FlixChats podcast channel on Spotify
- You create content base for new episodes
- You coordinate recording with internal and external stakeholders
- You are responsible for technical support: setting up the equipment, recording and postproduction of episodes
- You support promotion of FlixChats internally and externally in coordination with marketing and PR teams
- You are welcome to suggest any other creative ideas to support growth of FlixChats podcasts
All projects - our requirements
- You are fluent in Polish and English
- You have basic skills in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- You like working in a dynamic environment with colleagues from different countries and cultures
- You like challenges and understand how change can be turned into opportunity for improvement and growth
- Additional skills for FlixChats: experience with podcast programs creation, sound production etc.
