We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Partner Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will be responsible for sourcing new partners and negotiating new partner contracts for the further growth of our business 
  • You support us in defining and executing on our partner strategy, which is core to our business model 
  • You are the face of FlixTrain to some of our biggest partner accounts and represent us in external meetings 
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders, including production management and planning, to optimize the services of your partners across our network 
  • You are responsible for calculating and checking partner payments in collaboration with finance & accounting 
  • You are creative when it comes to finding new solutions, promoting your partner's business and increasing our profitability 
  • You will build a strong partner network to enable additional trains and connections across Europe 
  • You will play an essential role in transforming the transport industry, which will lead to the long-term success of the company 

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Completed studies in business administration, economics or a related subject  
  • Excellent English and German language skills 
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in partner or account management, or in business development 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and high attention to detail 
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into business results 
  • A track record of success in personal and professional projects 
  • Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders, a track record of building strong business relationships 
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into easily understandable language for a wide range of audiences 
  • Self-motivated and reliable 
  • Strong negotiation skills  
  • Ideally a background in the transport or rail industry (not required)
