We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, HR with a strong background in change management to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing HR programs and initiatives with a focus on driving organizational change and transformation. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of HR programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Drive change management strategies to support the successful adoption and implementation of HR programs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Executive leadership and stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to effectively communicate changes, initiatives, and updates to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change, including training, coaching, and resources to facilitate transition.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and change initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Infrastructure, and Operations, to integrate HR programs and initiatives with overall business processes.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to HR programs and change management, incorporating relevant insights into program design and implementation.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on change management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR programs and initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
